The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Use Of Site:

All payments must be in U.S. funds.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
For orders by phone, fax, or mail: we also accept checks, money orders, and wire transfers.
For international orders, please read the international section below.


If there is a delay in filling your order, we will notify you.
If you wish to cancel your backordered merchandise, you must notify Snake-Oyl immediately or you will be subject to our returns policy.
Special orders and or custom requested items once ordered and prepaid, are not refundable after 24 hours from the order date.

All orders placed with Viper Parts USA /Snake-Oyl Products™, either by phone, fax, mail, or Online Store constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed on Viper Parts USA.com.

Shipping & Delivery
The minimum shipping and handling charge is $13.00 US.
All orders must be prepaid prior to shipment.
Credit card purchases will be shipped to the card’s billing address only unless the cardholder has an established secured account with Collectors Choice Ltd-(Viper Parts USA)
Standard ground shipments will be shipped by UPS or similar service.
Expedited shipping services available by request.
Non-conforming, dimensional packages by weight and/or size will be shipped by truck freight.
All shipments outside North America are usually shipped by airfreight or by customer requested service.

International orders are defined as any order shipped to, and/or which the billing address is outside the United States of America.
Our website real-time shipping and handling quotes are for the lower 48 United States ONLY.
Shipping and handling rates for all international orders will be quoted upon request. Due to fluctuating fuel costs, shipping rates, and services requested, quotes will be available at the time of order.
All international orders must be prepaid by bank wire transfer, certified funds, or money order. Credit card purchases can be made only with an established secured credit card account. More information regarding these transactions is available on request by email..

Sales Tax
Shipments to addresses within Wisconsin must include 5.5% sales tax.

Warranty returns are warranted by the manufacturer, not by Collector’s Choice Ltd, and can take between 60-90 days.

Return Policy
All sales are considered final.
If you wish to return an item you must contact our sales department. You will be given a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which must be written on the outside of the package.
Returns without a RMA # will be refused and returned to sender.
We will accept the return of any item provided it is unused and returned with a copy of the invoice and RMA within 30 days. Used parts or attempted installation of any parts are not returnable.
* No refunds or credits will be granted after 30 days of purchase.

Missing or damaged parts should be reported to us and the carrier within 24 hours of delivery.
Please do not return goods to us C.O.D., they will be refused.
A 15%-25% restock fee is charged on all applicable returns.
If a call tag is issued to pick up parts, and determined that Collector’s Choice is not at fault, we will deduct the cost of these services from your applicable account credit.

No shipping and handling charges will be refunded for any returned parts.

No returns of special ordered items. No Exceptions.

Allow at least 30 days to process applicable credits. All credits will be reimbursed in the same manner as original payment or by Viper Parts USA Company check.
